How to set local time

Hi, I'm very new to Create A Forum.


The time shown for my posts is incorrect. How do I change the local time (I have a feeling it is autodetect). So if it is autodetect, how do I fix this fault?

There is two settings under admin -> core features
Overall time offset

Server timezone
