How to restrict access to members only?
« on: November 09, 2014, 11:23:07 pm »
I am part of a forum (createaforum.com) and it's open to anyone who has the url.
My question is how to make it so that in order to view the information members have to sign in with password?
Is there a possibility for guests to view only a small part that would be "access to all"?

Thanks for helping me figuring that out, looking forward to your answer and thanks in advance for your time.

Found it  ;D  thanks to tropical wannaby.

answer: go admin/boards and click "modify" for each board you want to make private. tick or un-tick the boxes for who's allowed to see the board, then click "change" at the bottom of the page. It's done!
