When posting on my forum the options buttons above the text box is missing the button for bb code.

How can this be enabled?

Admin -> Posts and Topics -> Bulletin Board Code

Enable bulletin board code (BBC)

It's enabled but still missing. BB code works too.

What I'm missing it out lined in red.

Under admin -> layout settings -> Theme settings

Check
"Show BBC Buttons on Posting and PM Send Pages: "

How can I enable that?
When I click the insert hyperlink button in just dumps url tags in the text box and does not have the dialog box.

It might be admin -> post and topics
"Disable WYSIWYG editor" check that.

That is disabled but it still does not work.

Not sure what exactly controls that check in post and topic settings and see if anything stands out.
