Create A Forum - Support Forums

Hi everyone, I would like to run some widgets on my forum from www.tradingview.com . Where and how can I get these to work in the script? I'd very much like to have the ability to have a addon that would allow me to create, a block that stays constant throughout the specific board. Kind of like a sticky note that is always visible for each specific board like the header and footer. the Forum has a header and footer can each board have its own custom header and footer too?
