Level 1 Windows User
for example, I want to set user "trusteduser1" as Administrator level 1
permission:  issue forum warnings to users, move topics, edit posts


I want to set "trusteduser2" as Administrator level 2
permissions: all permissions on administrator level 1 , ban users, edit news, manage ban list


also, how do i create board which only administrators can view

1. I think best way to do is to make a global moderator.
Edit their profile goto account settings and membergroup choose global moderator.


2.  To make someone an admin  Edit their profile goto account settings and membergroup choose administrator gorup



3. When creating a board you have the option to select the membergroups that can view it.
