how do i add a NEW POSTS button

Hi folks,  can someone help me,  Im trying to add a NEW POSTS button but cant seem to do it.  any help appreciated

Your trying to add a new post button?; silly there is already a new post button, in every board of the your forum
You cannot add any extra button's unless ur like me a script maker

I make scripts and add extra things to the admin section like
Lag users off , black forum out , reset forum , duplicate user, whole bunch of things
Only on my account though

Right SILLY,
On the top of my forums is HOME SEARCH PROFILE MESSAGES MEMBERS LOGOUT  I want a button beside them that says new posts SILLY

You would create a custom tab then use the link at the top that says "Show unread posts since last visit."

Copy the link from your forum for that action then use it on the link url in the custom tab
