Well yeah, but it just has the styles?

Also, how does this all work exactly?  Like, it says url in that CSS backgorund image example but does it actually work with links?
  When i tried last time, it didn't work, so I'm just wondering...  :-\

CSS is a coding language used to style your forum. You would need to insert background image command into a body css tag

CSS is not as simple as inserting an image code..you have to find where the background image belongs and insert the url to replace the one that is there now...it really does pay to learn a bit of the general coding because it is a bit difficult to change all the font colors as well :(

i can tell you how to change your logo--


Admin>> Layout Settings>> Theme Settings>> enter the url to your custom image where it says "Logo Image URL".
