How do i? Help ASAP

Edit my tabs like, Home, Help, Search, Admin, Moderate, Profile, My messages and so on how do i hide these and add more i know it has to do with the header and footer can someone please give me the code or a tutorial.
Plz help asap.

there is not currently a code that works for the CAF forum software to do that.
