Help needed posting graphics and gifs.

Hi evryone
I just started a new forum and seem to be finding my way around  OK..  just a few niggles


Is there any way to post graphics and gifs  via C&P. 


only way I have mannaged so far is DL then UL  or from a url.   


Is there a tutorial or walk through please?

I don't really understand. You can post gifs and images in your posts via the image option or attachments

I would like to be able to copy and paste a photo or gif,  say from FB, into a post.   I can do it on  some other forums


Its a bit of a fuss to download and then upload.
