guests cant register and i cant modify antispam

guests are getting this message when trying to register to my forum
"Please contact the forum owner"
and members are also getting it that are already registered

what is the problem??

also when i try and modify my antispam, it never saves after clicking save

my forum is: http://openholdemstoreforum.createaforum.com/index.php


any help would be most appreciated!

Guests should now be promoted with a link to unblock if they are blocked. Once unblock there ip will no longer be blocked.
