Guests able to see Info Center

I was wondering how I'd be able to keep the Guests from seeing the Info Center, and only allowing my members on the forum able to see the info center when logged in. I regulated it in the permissions of the Guests, but it still allows guests to see the info center.

I did a double check on my forum just to be sure. There's no way to adjust permissions for the info center.
