Help! please! simple issue

when i was making my forums (wich i can't make another because i need the forum info i put on this) i name my account 'yolandi with the ' and when i tried to sign it it was a invalid character now i can't sign in this is stupid can you fix this?

You can sign in with your email address instead as your username then laster adjust your username.
