godaddy help

ive set the server names and and changed the server names as it say in domain manager when i go to park the domain it brings me to my forum? any help will do and when i go to admin settings its redirecting me to go daddy help please even if i try and sign in it brings me to godaddy but if im on a different ip adress i can login and stuff

I am able to move around your forum with your new domain no problem.

i can do it on my phone but not my computer seems as if its my ip cause wen i use my internet router on my phone it does not work but if i just use my phones internet i can work away on the forum strange
