Gaming redirects

Each time i click on a link I get these redirect windows that take me to gaming site and it tries to snooker me into buying gaming apps, and there are these little green arrows/circles on certain words and when you run the cursor over them, a popup box appears with different advertising..

whats the go with that please?

Link to a page that it occurs on?

I do not use that type of advertising on our forums here....I run malware scans/antivirus scans on your computer download malwarebytes

It's Chain's computer.
I also had the same thing at mutliple sites, i found out it was a installed program/virus.
