Gallery problem....member unable to delete images

I just had a complaint from one of my members who is not able to delete images from his gallery.  He tells me it gives him a msg that he "does not have permission".   What do I as Amin need to do or what does he need to do?

Under Admin -> Permissions -> modify the membergroup

Find the gallery permissions and give him the permission to delete his own pictures.
