Forwarding Forum Url

I've purchased a new web host and registered the forum's name(GoDaddy.com) Is it necessary to  park the domain here or can the url be redirected to Create a forum? And if the url can be redirected, what are the instructions?

But use IP of createaforum.com which is 68.233.250.132
