Root Account Portection

Is their any Root Account Portection such as if you have another administrator on the forum your account can't be deleted. Like you can't delete your account, ban yourself, or take yourself out of a Membergroup?

I have root protection so it can't be deleted.

Also I have a fixcp to clear bans, restore admin in case.
