The sounds in my chatroom are not working. I have contacted Ajax and they have informed me that it is probably something that has to do with a create a forum change. Also when anyone logs in, they get this error. TypeError: undefined is not a function. They have also informed me that these chatrooms should log each chat and that an admin should be able to view the chats by adding ?view-logs to the end of the chat address such as http://monroerepublic.createaforum.com/chat/?view=logs[/size]. However, it wont let me type anything into the address bar of the chat room and if I try it in the forum, it just goes back to the home page. Is there anyone who knows how to fix these issues? Im really sorry to keep bothering you with this but I purchased this upgrade because we needed a good working chatroom, and its just not working the way it should. I would really appreciate any help on these issues. Thanks![/font]

Made a change let me know if it helps.
I tested sound on my forum here and it seems to work.

The TypeError: undefined is not a function.is still showing up, but I am not too worried about that as long as it doesn't effect the chat, which it doesn't seem to and the sounds still aren't working, but the log chats are working which is awesome! Thank you so much for fixing that! Since we do a roleplay it makes it much easier to go back through the logs so we dont contradict ourselves. If you able to figure out the sounds that would be great too. It helps the players not miss anything being posted. Thank you so much!!!

Do the chat sounds work on the support chat room here for you and do you get the undefined?

Also what browser do you use?

No, they dont work here either. I have them turned on, and ive switched them around in settings, trying posting to see if I get a sound and nothing and I do get the undefined error. Im using google chrome.

I also tried it in Safari, still no sound and got an error on login but it was a bit different. "TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'this.target.create(className)')". Also is there any way we can get into the config.php and if not, is there some way you can change my default channel to the top-secret-role-play channel?
