forum changed all by it self -2nd time this has happened

Our forum changed all by itself , again--it did it while i was posting a news article-it happened before my eyes --this is not the 1st time -can you fix it back to normal, please

Is this issue everything centered?

It is broke again for the 3rd time--do you know what is causing this -Please fix , it is the same problem every time-

You keep putting bad html code in your headers. You have unclosed div tag.

we haven't touched it -the last time it changed right before my eyes and no one else was on.
