Create A Forum - Support Forums

I created a trial page.. and checked all the boxes so everyone and anyone can view it.
Looks like even though the page is there, a "page" tab was not added to the top of forum..
So unless I am not seeing some other way for people to view it, and as long as I do not create a tab..., then it won't actually be viewable, yet web bots can access it ??
