When you create a topic under advanced options check announce topic.

Newsletter System - Mass Email/PM $30.00 - One Time  I put at higher price due to I ran into an issue with spammers signing up and using it.

does this announcement to all members group only work on new threads? as I have been compiling one for days showing features on the forum and sent last night and no one got it  ???


having said that we are in a mercury retrograde period til 28 th March and even FB has suffered massive problems over past few days
