edit home page ?

How do i edit the layout / place items in the home section ?
I have also enabled the shoutbox : Shoutbox Settings Enable Shoutbox
but the shoutbox didn't show up anywhere .
The home is also empty . How do i add stuff to it ? Thanks .

you're using exportals 'Home' page - why not un-tick it and see how you get on then. I don't have it enabled
