I've Went to Badge Awards >> Badge List >> Edit Badge >> Small Badge Picture (Browsed from Desktop).And I Saved it,but Donator  this shows after i Saving the Badge,Any Solution?
 
Also a Simple Question,How do i Make Some Threads like the first three threads in General Support? (The three threads with Brown Outline)

For the second question click on the option set topic sticky or stick topic when creating the topic. Or when you go inside the topic you can click on that option.

U would see various badges in ur profile.left side in each post.I want to browse a badge which I made except a badge already in forums.ex: badge receiving when 2000 + posts.like that,I want to use my own badge picture from my desktop
