Ordering the Subjects of Topics

How do i Order a Thread Started in a Main Topic as i wish?
As a example,In "Support Topic" ,i want to move the first thread "General Support FAQ" to the second place and "Censor Complaints/Information" To Top,How do i do it ?

There is no way to control the order of topics.
You can make topics sticky though.
