adult photo in the galley

Hi! I noticed in the galley there is two option of alerting people that the photo uploaded is adult or not adult so I would like to ask is it allowed for members add adult photo in my forum? Should I tell them to delete or should I delete my self?
I prefer to get answers from createaforum team

Okay but who will be deleting adult photo admin or it is automated I mean the system can detect adult content and delete?
