domain help please

hi
just wondering if some can help me,
i have just bought a domain name from tsohost and they set it all up for me as i was having problems, now i have just got a email from them as it was still not working
i dont have a clue what there going on about so heres there email could someone please help
"The DNS is pointed but createaforum.com don't seem to be serving your forum - you'll need to check with them to make sure the correct ServerAlias is there."

Have a read through this. I know it's not relevant to your own domain but the general instructions should help you out.

createaforum has to aprove the site about changing your domain with a other site that not corp with us.

Next step is to park the domain using the Domain Manager in the adamin area

i have tried that and all i get is the following
An Error Has Occurred!         This is not a valid domain name We only support domains with one dot . we do not support .co.uk at this time. Currently .com, .net, .org, .info, .tk, .us work

you would need to fix the end part to .uk with only one peroid.
