Resizing Ezblock

I want to resize my right ezblock to be smaller to the center ezblock but it couldn't i tried adjusting the colum with and percent but it seems not working. Some one should help out.

If you use column percent all your columns must use percent

Same goes for width.

Then what column width or percent should i use so that the right column will be smaller than the center column were the left is disabled

20 right for right column 80 for center that equals 100

I have don that but it's not working. The right block is still bigger than the center you can see my site and no the possible causes
