How to disable "I'm Not Robot" section?

This is causing problem in some of the users while registering to forum

What's your forum url? I am surprised it is causing issues since it is made by google.

when i click its opening box and i need to choose correct answer
not everyone is managing with that . thats why i want to disable this one
