Hi,

Recently (over past week or so) a number of my forum members have complained that the shoutbox is no longer visible when vewing the forum on a mobile devices (no issues prior)

I have scoured the settings but unable to see any reason why.

Please can you help?

Check under ezPortal settings we added an option to disable it by default for mobile users
