Help me with my forum domain!!

Hi guys i have my Forum since 2014, its still free..Can anyone give me some information, how to get domain for my forum but not lose anything from my forum, just change the URL..

Under Admin -> Domain Manager.
There are links provided and shows how to setup your domain name.
