Forum spacing

Every time that I post on the forum, it adds an extra space inbetween my lines that I did not want there after I post.  For example, my post looks like this:


Hi, guys!  My name is Sara50840!

How is your day?


And then I click the post button, and it posts like this:


Hi, guys!  My name is Sara50840!


How is your day?


Then, I have to click "Modify" and delete the extra space, and then it posts fine. 
Why does it do this and how can it be prevented?

I've noticed that - but it don't bother me, so . .  . . i leave it
