Create A Forum - Support Forums

I tried pointing my domain as per the instructions given in the control panel of my admin forum area. now when I try to login, visit my site, etc... it gives an error page each time.

IF I was able to login I could fix it so that it would convert back to the old url BUT I CAN'T.

ANY help would be appreciated at this point. my forum link is:

yes, I know. I want to revert back to the createaforum address instead of my custom domain.
if I could login to my forum I would be able to reset it to the createaforum address but I cannot login.
it won't let me login. that's why I need help.

I DO NOT want to use my custom domain. I want to use the createaforum address instead.
