Credit Card Info Request at Login

Hi,
I have just had a member of my forum contact me stating that he was asked for credit card info when he logged into the site.


I do not want this how do I stop it and how did it get turned on in the first place........

That is not an option we have in our system....
Make sure they check they are on the right site and run a malware scan on their computer.
