You can do that with ezPortal there is an ezportal page mangaer. in the section.

Once you create another page using ezportal, can you put another forum inside the page?

Like if I want to create a page called Premium and create a forum inside that page that only Premium members can access, can I do that?

No a page is just a page with information.

You can create a board with permissions for only a certain membergroup.
