New Membergroups can't see shoutbox.

I created a new member group based with the same permissions as the "Regular Member" group, then added a few more, for some reason people in this group cannot see the shoutbox. I looked all through the permissions and their is nothing there about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you edit the permissions of the shoutbox and give new member groups access to it.

Would I access it through the ez settings tab in the Admin Panel?
