Constantly see guests registering for an account but never get through

Whenever I monitor my users/guests activity, I constantly see numerous ones registering for an account
But no new members appear
Are they being blocked by something I'm not aware of??

That's normal spam bots, search engines we try to block most of them.

im getting some ppl trying to register to the forum but getting this error...

i think something is blocking them out of registering
