Child of the child board counting
« on: December 20, 2014, 02:57:00 pm »
Hello,

How do I make the parent board count not only the child board topics but also the child of the child's board?

I have something like: Europe (parent board) -> Countries (child boards) -> Some cities for each country (child of the child) -> Topics

Child board (country) will count the topics from the child of the child (cities) but the main parent board (Europe) will stay on 0 Topics and Posts so at the first sight the forum looks empty cause the main boards does not show the results in depth. I wish the main parent board to count the topics and post for the child of the child too but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

At the mount we do not have a feature that counts child of child boards totals due to performance reasons.
