Chatroom upgrade not working

Hello,


  I just updated my forum today to include the chatroom and it's not working right.  Keeps getting a connection time out as shown below.


My forum URL is http://crossstitchclub.createaforum.com/

How is it now?
If it is still an issue what isp/browser are you using. And are other users experiencing that issue.

Still having the same issue.  I have cable internet and I am using google chrome for a browser.  When I was having this issue earlier, I tried using Explorer as well as Firefox and had the issue with those browsers also. And yes, other users have the same issue. When I first click on that, this is what first comes up:


and then it starts doing the same thing as what I posted in the first post.

I believe I have fixed that issue with the connection error.
