Board Moderator Permissions?

Is there any way of making it so that Board Moderators cannot even see the "Admin" or "Moderate" tabs/areas. Even though they have limited access, right now anyone I make a moderator of a Board can see these areas and I don't like/want that.

I could probably live with it if it weren't for the fact that they can see warnings that have been giving out to users, and watched users, etc. I would really like to be able to control who can view these areas. I have people who are just a moderator for a certain board, but nothing else. I don't want them to have this type of access or power.... is this possible or not?

The only way you can change that is to make a custom membergroup (via Admin > Membergroups) and set permissions manually. The default Global Moderator membergroup or Board Moderator group will give them access to the Moderator Center.

Okay, thanks - that's what I figured.

Hmmm, I'm gonna have to try to think about how to go about this. That'll be a lot of membergroups. Now the question is whether it's worth it or not. lol

Thanks for the reply. ;)
