Pls Admin, How can i change the look of my forum to that of: gurusbase.com, 9jaboys.com, etc... Pls, Help me

You can customize your forum under Admin -> Style Manager

You can't download and install any styles to your forum at all, there's pre-made styles that are available to use. If any of the pre-made styles doesn't fit for you, you'll have to learn CSS and create a new style to your liking.
