Cbox problems

Hi, I know this may have been answered before, but I'm looking to install a cbox using ezblock.
The problem is that it does not work. I place the code into the html section, not the block section, but it does not show up.
It does work, however, in a footer/header, but that's not the place I want it.
Help?

Disable tinymce under ezportal settings then try to insert it that way.
