Cannot create a new forum

Hi,my forum is totally messy so i want to make a new one so while i was trying to make a new one
Over and over again i see
 
"incorrect image code" when im possible that i got the image code right
Is that and ---- Weird bug you guys are trying to fix because if it is i want to know
 
Because i dont know if im not paying attention and getting the code right but im totally sure that
this is an insane Bugg

Try to close out of your browser completely and visit the setup page again.

I'm able to successfully create a new forum, doesn't seem like anything wrong on CreateAForum's end.
