Can you clarify the "Downloads Pro Upgrade" for me please

if i upgrade to the Downloads pro Upgrade, Does that mean my forum will have an unlimited attachment allowance so long as each attachment does not exceed a Max of 5mb ? all for a one time fee of $30
Or am i reading this wrong

No not really based on attachments.
It adds a download sections which you can upload files as many as you want under 5mb though.
You can also charge members for downloads etc
