Can we embed tweets in messages

In the same way youtube videos are automatically picked up when you just put the URL in a message, is it possible to do something similar with tweets?
I have a URL like this https://twitter.com/Harlequins/status/1373620415629721611 but it would be nice if the tweet appeared in the message rather than just the URL.
I've seen some bbcode uses a [tweet] code, but that doesn't seem to work here.

No, not easy to do requires twitter api's
