Can image be added?

Can an image be added on the right side of the page across from the page tile on same level, where slogan goes?

I've (and others) have previously asked this, but I think it can only be placed about 1/4 of the page width from left and will replace the text ie. where "Create A Forum - Support Forums" is above

You can use html in the Site Slogan box.  Admin > Layout Options > Theme Options > Site Slogan
I would keep the image small though.
