Forum not loading/Website Not found

We've had several members complain that the site is not loading or pages are loading very slowly. The issue appears to be across browsers. Currently I cannot access the site at all and keep getting "website not found". We have our own domain name through godaddy and I've checked to make sure that is still active/working. I'm not sure what the issue is as we've never encountered this problem in the two years we've been operational. Any help would be appreciated.

Fixed issue for custom domain users. the dns server crashed and the recovery system did not pick it up to restart it.
Your forum is now back online.
