Create A Forum - Support Forums

Hello create a forum officer can I know why today My forum go maintenance mode for many hours guests fail to access my forum and create account also users fail to access the forum and have fans. Does it mean these forums can not work when there are many guests and users online?
I ask so because this problem is happening today since have more than 20,000 guests online.

THis is really frustrating to see they've ignored your question. As I've found mine is under maintenance too and I have no idea why. No warning for it.
Surely if our sites are to go under maintenance it's due to our own doing or we should get some email warning it will happen in advanced.
My website is brand new and I'm failing to attract users because as soon as I started advertising it this happened... I'm really unhappy. And the fact they said 'google issue' and ran off says quite a lot.
