Create A Forum - Support Forums

How do I have a custom forum background?  I have seen some forums that have them, but I don't know how to do it.  Now that I am interested, I cannot find a forum to include a photo as an example, so I have to try my best to explain.


It is not a banner, but like a banner for the whole entire background.  It may or may not move when you scroll.  It can be a photo or solid color.


Is there a way or a certain section/code that I can enter something in?  I don't understand the style creator.  It just looks like a whole bunch of technical gibberish that I do not even come close to translating.


Also, while I'm on this topic, can I change the heading bar thingies?  They are in places such the EzBlock headings and the forum category headings.  The one I am looking at right now it the "start new topic" heading.
