I have a few members trying to register for the forum and they are being classed as spam, how do I get rid of this or fix this

Sorry ISF my settings are already set exactly that way

Createaforum I am waiting to hear back from the person from an outside source, I will get back to you as soon as I get an answer

Sorry it took a bit to get an answer back from the person with the spammer trouble, this is what he is saying it says

"Your IP address has been flagged as a possible spammer. To become unblocked please complete the following challenge question:"

and then he said it ask him a question that he has no idea how to answer.
