ads vs copyright material

Question about having copyrighted material on site vs ads.
Assuming that i am allowed to use copyrighted content on my site, how does it affect createaforum? is there no risk for DMCA strikes?

You are not allowed to do that. If you get listings you will be contacted to remove it. And/Or enough complaints the forum will be closed.
